Having trouble with a digital workbook or download? We are happy to help.

Finding Your Download

After purchasing a digital product, follow the access or download instructions provided with your order. Check the email address used at checkout and review your order confirmation or download message.

If You Cannot Find the File

First, check your spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered email folders. Make sure you are checking the same email address used for your order.

If the file is still missing, email thepsychologyofher1@gmail.com with your name and order number. Please do not send payment card information.

If the File Will Not Open

Most workbook files are provided as PDFs. Try downloading the file fully to your device and opening it with a current PDF reader or browser. If the file appears corrupted or incomplete, contact us and tell us what device you are using and what happens when you try to open it.

Printing Your Workbook

You may print a purchased digital workbook for your own personal use unless the product listing states otherwise. For best results, select the paper size and scaling option that fits your printer. If a page is being cut off, try selecting “Fit to page” or a similar print setting.

Personal-Use License

Your purchase is for personal use only unless you have written permission stating otherwise. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing services, shared publicly, or reproduced for commercial use.

Digital Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final sale once access has been provided, except where required by law or when there is a verified technical or order issue.
