Thank you for shopping with The Psychology of Her. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Because we offer both digital and physical products, refund eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable workbooks and other digital resources, are generally final sale once access has been provided because digital files cannot be physically returned.
If you receive the wrong file, experience a verified technical issue, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds will also be provided where required by applicable law.
Physical Products
If you would like to request a return for an eligible physical product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return eligibility may vary depending on the product and fulfillment provider.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or a refund is otherwise required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once a physical order has entered fulfillment or once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.
