Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping. Access or download information is provided electronically through the purchase process. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final sale once access has been provided, except where required by law or when there is a verified technical or order issue.

If you experience a download problem, receive the wrong file, or have another issue with a digital order, email thepsychologyofher1@gmail.com and include your order information so we can help.

Physical Products

Physical products, including Serenity Scents items, are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Processing and transit times may vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment provider. Any available shipping estimates will appear during checkout or in your order information.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thepsychologyofher1@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns on Physical Products

If you would like to request a return of an eligible physical item, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return eligibility may vary by product and fulfillment provider. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Return instructions, if applicable, will be provided after your request is reviewed.
